Heliotrope Yoga Holidays has been organising inspiring yoga retreats for over 19 years, taking guests to hand-picked destinations celebrated for their natural beauty and relaxed, homely atmosphere.

Specialising in Iyengar Yoga, the programme features carefully selected teachers and is currently based at the Onuncu Koy Hotel in the peaceful seaside village of Adrasan on Turkey's Mediterranean coast.

A week-long holiday includes twice-daily yoga sessions, vegetarian meals, accommodation, use of the pool and grounds, and optional excursions — offering the perfect blend of serious practice and genuine relaxation.
