Henham Yoga Studio is a boutique yoga and fitness studio set on the first floor of the beautifully renovated Henham Barns in rural Suffolk, near Southwold. Founded in 2016 by Sarah Rous, the studio offers a welcoming weekly timetable of classes including Vinyasa yoga, Flow yoga, Gentle yoga, Yin & Yang yoga, Pilates, and Goddess Dance, taught by a team of resident teachers.

The airy studio features fairy lights, large windows overlooking Henham Park, quality sound, and a full set of props for every practice. An online class library with free and premium on-demand videos is also available for home practice.
