HG3 — nicknamed 'the Chicken Shed' — is one of Harrogate's longest-standing functional fitness gyms, open since 2011. Based in Follifoot, it offers Strength & Conditioning, Sweat (metabolic/cardio), Barbell Club, and HG3 Next Gen classes for younger members, all coached by a tight-knit team led by co-owners Pete and Sarah.
The gym prides itself on a welcoming family atmosphere where beginners and experienced athletes train side by side.
