HIX Pilates & Wellness is a fully equipped private studio offering authentic classical Pilates as a complete, intelligent system.
Founded by Natalie, who brings over 20 years of movement and fitness experience and 16+ years of Pilates teaching, the studio uses the full apparatus — Reformer, Tower/Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Barrels, Ped-O-Pull and mat — to deliver personalised private, semi-private and small group sessions.
Specialisms include injury rehabilitation, pre/postnatal Pilates, breast cancer recovery, neurological conditions and athletic performance enhancement. Breathwork sessions are also offered.
