Holistic Health Hub Derbyshire is a wellness studio housed in a beautifully restored chapel at the entrance to Staveley cemetery. The studio offers a broad range of movement and mindfulness classes including aerial silks, aerial yoga, hoop (lyra), trapeze, yin yoga, chair yoga, Pilates, and Dance Cirque for children and teens.
Specialist and inclusive sessions — such as the Sensory/Spectrum Circus class — welcome diverse needs and abilities. The Yoga4Health programme supports individuals with mild depression, anxiety, pre-diabetes or social isolation through a structured 10-week course.
