Holistic Yoga Therapy is a friendly, accessible yoga practice led by Julia Moore, with over 20 years of experience. Specialising in gentle, somatic yoga to help manage mild to moderate aches, pains, fatigue, stress and anxiety, sessions are open to everyone regardless of age, flexibility, fitness or health.

Classes combine gentle yoga, mindfulness and somatic movement, with options for in-person group sessions, private 1-2-1 yoga therapy, and low-cost adaptive yoga. Julia holds a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from The Minded Institute and has been featured on ITV and BBC Online.
