Led by certified instructor Trina, the studio offers a calm and inspiring space where you can strengthen your body and mind through Pilates — whether you're a complete beginner or returning to your practice.
The studio opens out into a tranquil garden, creating a truly mindful and peaceful experience. Mat and Reformer classes are coming soon.
