Studio iO is Holly Cooper's yoga venture, offering weekly classes, events, and worldwide retreats. Holly has been teaching yoga for over 20 years, blending strong dynamic creative flows with soulful and electronic music, as well as gentler restorative practices.

Classes take place at Rockwater in Hove — including cosy Winter Lodge Yoga beside the fire and Summer Beach Yoga on the deck with sea views — as well as at the central Brighton studio. Holly also runs day retreats in the Sussex countryside and international retreats to destinations such as Greece, Ibiza, Morocco, Spain, France, and South Africa.
