Hone is a collection of boutique reformer Pilates studios in Edinburgh, with two locations: a beautifully bright and open New Town studio set within a Georgian tenement, and a smaller, more intimate Goldenacre studio neighbouring the desirable area of Inverleith.

Led by a friendly team of experienced instructors, Hone offers innovative and dynamic Reformer Pilates classes designed to nurture physical and mental wellbeing for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced movers.

Classes include Apprentice Reformer, Dynamic Reformer, and Pre & Postnatal Reformer, all within a tight-knit, vibrant community where everyone is welcome regardless of age, shape or size.
