Hope Studio is a boutique yoga and holistic therapies community studio in the heart of Glasgow, near Glasgow Central Station. Offering small, personal group classes in a safe and welcoming space, Hope provides a variety of yoga styles — including Vinyasa, Yin, Ashtanga, Rocket, Restorative and more — both in-person and online.

The studio is committed to eco-conscious living, inclusivity and kindness, using sustainably sourced mats and props. Events, workshops, sound baths and corporate wellbeing sessions are also available.
