Hot Yoga & Recovery Carrick is a boutique studio in Carrickmacross, Co. Monaghan offering heated Bikram-style Hot Yoga (26 postures and 2 breathing exercises) and Inferno Hot Pilates, which blends pilates principles with high-intensity interval training in a 35°C environment.

The eco-friendly studio is warmed by infrared ceiling panels, and a non-heated Vinyasa class sits alongside the heated sessions. Classes run through the week from early morning to evening and welcome all ages and abilities, with members praising the supportive, friendly instructor.

Beyond the classes, the studio also offers a recovery room, hyperbaric oxygen therapy and physiotherapy, and memberships include a weekly recovery session. Bookings are made online through Glofox.
