Hot Yoga Nation is Scotland's largest hot yoga and Pilates studio, located on Battlefield Road in Glasgow's Southside. Established in 2014 and winner of Best Fitness Business in Scotland at the Scottish Business Awards, the studio offers a wide range of heated classes including Bikram Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Vinyasa Flow, Deep Release Yoga, Yin Yoga and Fusion Yoga.

The studio features a state-of-the-art infrared heating system and classes for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. With expert instructors, a strong sense of community and a welcoming atmosphere, Hot Yoga Nation has hosted over a quarter of a million visits since opening.
