Cloud 9 Yoga is a boutique yoga studio based in Troon, South Ayrshire, led by experienced teacher Angela. The studio offers mat-based yoga and aerial yoga classes for all levels, with a welcoming philosophy that yoga is for everyone — regardless of flexibility. Weekly classes include Soul Flow Yoga and Aerial Yoga sessions held at various local venues.
Angela also runs a 25-hour Aerial Yoga Teacher Training course for existing 200hr-qualified yoga teachers.

Wednesday 9:30am–10:30am (Soul Flow, Studio 9, Troon); Wednesday 7:30pm–8:30pm (Soul Flow, Meadowgreen Centre, Troon); Sunday 9:30am–10:30am, 10:45am–11:45am, 12:00pm–1:00pm (Aerial Yoga, Coach Lucy HQ, Troon)
