HOTBOX is a CrossFit affiliate and HYROX official partner based in Heysham (Morecambe area), with a second location in Lancaster. Home to over 400 members, HOTBOX offers group CrossFit classes, personal training, open gym, weightlifting, hybrid and engine sessions, as well as wellness and recovery facilities including a traditional Finnish sauna and ice bath.
