Classes take place inside signature inflatable pods heated to 37°C, with low lighting, calming scents and relaxing beats — creating a fully immersive environment to build strength, improve mobility and support recovery.

The studio offers a range of flows including Hotpod Flow, Nurturing Flow and Foundation Flow, taught by teachers from diverse backgrounds. All levels are welcome, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners.
