Hotpod Yoga Derby is a hot yoga studio located on the outskirts of Derby, offering immersive classes inside a signature purple pod heated to 37 degrees. With low lighting, calming scents and relaxing beats, the pod creates a fully immersive environment to build strength, improve mobility and support recovery.
Classes are led by experienced teachers — including studio lead Leah — who each bring their own style and energy across a variety of flows: the signature Hotpod Flow, the restorative Nurturing Flow, and the beginner-friendly Foundation Flow. Sessions run seven days a week, welcoming all levels from first-timers to seasoned practitioners.
