Houghton Thai Boxing Academy brings a taste of Thailand to DH4, offering a wide range of Muay Thai and martial arts classes for all ages and abilities. From Mini Ninjas (ages 5–8) and Junior Muay Thai to Beginners, Mixed Ability, Clinch, Kickboxing, MMA, and Sparring sessions, there's something for everyone.
Head coach Jake Thirlaway leads the striking programme while Colin Fletcher heads up MMA. Whether you're just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, the academy provides a welcoming environment with structured progression and expert coaching.
