humLDN offers two beautifully designed wellness studios on London City Island (E14), East London — a calm Reformer Pilates studio and a cosy yoga, Mat Pilates and Meditation space. Founded by Oriana (trained in New York with yoga rebel Tara Stiles), hum is built on a people-first philosophy where movement and stillness belong together.

Small-group Reformer classes build strength, mobility and control without impact, while the yoga studio hosts everything from dynamic Ashtanga and Rocket flows to slow Yin, Breathwork and Sound sessions. A small, thoughtful team of teachers guides every class with clear instruction, calm attention and zero pressure.

Located a short walk from Canning Town station and minutes from Canary Wharf, with donation-based classes and an inclusive community ethos.
