HUMM London is a small, boutique wellness studio located in the heart of Merton Abbey Mills, SW19, founded by Jade Douse. The studio offers intimate sound bath and breathwork sessions designed to help you release built-up stress and tension, regulate your nervous system, and feel more balanced.

Sound bath sessions use crystal bowls, gongs and chimes to guide the body into a deeply restorative state, while rhythmic breathwork sessions combine guided breathing with reflection and journalling.

All equipment is provided, no experience is needed, and the welcoming atmosphere encourages you to arrive, settle in with a cup of tea, and leave feeling more balanced and connected.
