Union Health & Wellness is the home of the Pressure to Presence™ Method — a practical performance coaching programme helping young athletes, parents, coaches and football organisations turn pressure into confident, creative action.
Founded by Toussaint Meghie, a South London-raised performer, qualified yoga teacher and experienced learning mentor, the method draws on 30+ years in high-pressure performance environments and over a decade working with young people in schools.
Through one-to-one sessions, group workshops and academy pilots, players learn to recognise pressure triggers, pause automatic reactions, regulate their body and mind, and return to full presence on the pitch. Programmes are available online via Zoom or in person, and are suitable for young footballers aged 10+, their parents, and coaching staff.
