Hygeia Pilates and Wellness is a boutique Pilates and wellness studio founded by certified instructor Amber Hockridge. Offering mat-based classes for all levels — from Beginners Pilates and Pilates Flow to the more dynamic Power Pilates — the studio also runs specialist sessions including Pregnancy Pilates, Restorative Yoga, Sound Baths and Breath Workshops.

Rooted in the six core Pilates principles of breathing, concentration, centering, control, precision and flow, Hygeia is designed to be a welcoming escape where members can dedicate time to their own mind and body. Classes are led by a team of certified instructors including APPI Pilates instructors, physiotherapists and yoga teachers.
