I Am The Storm Yoga is a not-for-profit yoga and wellness studio tucked inside a working watermill on the River Glaven in the heart of North Norfolk. The indoor studio sits on the top floor of the mill, where you can move to the sound of turning millstones, while outdoor classes and a unique wood-fired horsebox sauna are set among wildflower meadows across the river.

Classes include yoga for all levels (Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin), strength and weights, Farm Fit functional fitness, meditation, sound baths, and monthly mini retreat days. The studio also runs seasonal pop-up yoga and sauna events at Wiveton Hall. Rooted in karma yoga and social purpose, all proceeds from retreat days support The Pandora Project.
