Impact MMA is Salisbury's premier Mixed Martial Arts gym, established in 2012. Offering five disciplines — MMA, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Wrestling — the gym welcomes everyone from complete beginners to competitive fighters, aged 5 and up.
