Impact MMA is a welcoming mixed martial arts and fitness gym based in Rhosllanerchrugog, Wrexham. Founded in 2015 by Ian Williams and now run in partnership with Jared Southwell, the gym offers a wide range of classes including MMA/Wrestling, Thai Boxing, BJJ, Strength & Conditioning, and Strength & Mobility.

With a fully matted training area and a separate fully equipped fitness room, Impact MMA caters for everyone — from competitive fighters to beginners, and children aged 5 and up. Coaches bring decades of experience to every class, personal training session, and group booking.
