Inner Light Yoga & Pilates

Inner Light Yoga & Pilates has been running progressive, dynamic Pilates and Yoga classes in the centre of Blackrock Village, South Dublin, since 1999, just a 3-minute walk from Blackrock DART station.

Led by Deirdre Souchere, the studio offers small, intimate group classes in Pilates, Hatha Yoga, YogaPilates Fusion, Tai Chi and Qi Gong, with mat work inspired by classical mat and Reformer technique and a variety of props. A weekly class is adapted for osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, and Deirdre is trained in post-surgery recovery from breast cancer.

Private 1-2-1 tuition, pre and postnatal sessions and live-streamed or pre-recorded Zoom classes are also available.
