Inspire Fitness is a pole, aerial and fitness studio operating across five venues in South East Kent, including its own dedicated studio in Dover. With over 10 years of experience, they offer classes in pole fitness, aerial hoop, aerial silks, trapeze, aerial hammock, yoga, flexibility and conditioning.
