Integrity Fitness is a community-focused gym and personal training studio on Main Street in Swords, Co. Dublin. Its ethos of community, empowerment and longevity shows in a bright, welcoming, non-intimidating space where members train alongside friends and build their own confidence to train independently.

The studio offers small group personal training and 1-to-1 coaching, plus a timetable of group classes (i-start, i-fitness and i-pump) running Monday to Saturday, booked through its app. Flagship programmes include Living Strong, a full-body plan for strength, joint health and flexibility suited to all ages and abilities, and the 4-week Body Fat Blitz fat-loss programme.

Free no-obligation consultations are available. The team is led by Luke Woods, a former ITF World Champion with a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science, alongside strength and conditioning coach Bryan Kavanagh. Flexible memberships include rolling monthly, annual, family and student options.
