Unit 17 Health & Fitness is a small-group and semi-private personal training gym in Swords, north Dublin, founded in 2022 by Head Coach Shane Clarke. The studio specialises in helping beginners start their fitness journey, including people returning to exercise or working around injury.

Sessions run in groups of four with tailored workouts, technique coaching, and a logbook to track strength gains. Transformation packages (6 and 12 week) pair three weekly training sessions with personalised nutrition coaching, a 1:1 accountability coach and weekly check-ins.

Group PT runs Monday to Saturday, and new clients can book a free consultation to find the right option.
