Irish Taekwondo Tigers is a Dublin taekwondo club led by Master Michelle, offering martial arts, meditation and mindfulness for kids and teens of all ages and abilities. Classes are designed to build confidence, coordination and fitness while teaching self-defense in a fun, safe and welcoming environment.

Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, the club adapts to each child's learning style. Students can take part in home and away competitions with other clubs, and popular holidays are celebrated with in-class parties at no extra charge. Classes run on Mondays at Rockford Manor Secondary School in Blackrock and on Wednesdays at DLR Leisure Loughlinstown.

The first lesson is free with no sign-up obligation, flexible monthly plans offer one or two classes per week, and family discounts and scholarship places for low-income families are available.
