The Martial Arts Academy is a long-running Irish martial arts school offering a wide range of programs for kids, teens and adults.

It is the Irish HQ for Yang's Martial Arts Association (YMAA), teaching traditional Kung Fu, self defence and Sanda kickboxing, alongside its Kung Fu 4 Kids junior club, which has welcomed thousands of children over almost 40 years under the motto 'Play is the Way'.

For ages 15 and up, the Next Generation MMA program combines no-gi Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, kickboxing, combat conditioning and sparring, with three separate grading programs and opportunities to compete. A dedicated teens club focuses on realistic self defence, fitness, stress relief and building confidence.
