Iron BJJ is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu club based in the New Milton and Highcliffe area, founded in 2019 by black belt Paul Cleobury. Classes cover gi, no-gi, drilling, and open mat sessions, led by two experienced black belt instructors with backgrounds spanning BJJ, Judo, Kung Fu, and Jeet Kune Do.

Training takes place at two venues: Crossfit Mudeford Quay in Mudeford and Tornado Kickboxing in New Milton.
