ITS Leisure Ltd is an independent ladies-only fitness gym in Kingswood, Bristol. Established for over 29 years, it is the most established ladies gym in Bristol and the only ladies-only gym in the South West to offer a crèche facility. Ladies of all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness abilities are welcome.

The gym offers a friendly, family-like atmosphere staffed entirely by female instructors and qualified personal trainers. Facilities include cardio and weight training equipment, aerobics and fitness classes, personal training, a crèche, and a sauna. Membership options are flexible with no joining fees, and there are no long-term contracts.
