J7 Community Health Centre

J7 Community Health Centre is a community-driven fitness hub in Blackley, Manchester, offering over 30 group exercise classes per week including HIIT, boxing circuits, kettlebells, abs & core, pump, circuit training, and specialist sessions for older adults and pre/post-natal clients.

Founded by Javeno, the centre has built a reputation for being among the UK's busiest group exercise facilities, with a philosophy rooted in making fitness fun, inclusive, and accessible to everyone regardless of age or ability.

The centre also provides personal training, a community gym, and additional specialist packages including corporate wellness, wedding prep, sports conditioning, and nutritional plans. Javeno has over two decades of experience training clients with disabilities — including those affected by cancer, stroke, and dementia — offered free of charge.
