JA Fitness Studio is a small, bespoke boxing and fitness gym based on Manton Industrial Estate in Bedford. Led by Joshua, a YMCA-qualified Level 3 PT with 15 years of Thai boxing and boxing experience, the gym offers a members-only environment with a personalised approach to training.

Classes include Boxing, Boxercise, Women Only Boxing, Kids Boxing and Sparring, alongside 1-1 and small group personal training sessions covering weight management, core work, strength training and cardiovascular fitness.
