Jackie JJC Yoga offers friendly, non-dogmatic and non-competitive yoga classes in London and online, with a philosophy of teaching people, not postures. Classes are held at Avenue Hall on Mondays (free on-street parking after 6.30pm) and at SWCA on Tuesdays, as well as online.

The studio offers a range of formats including group mat classes (slow flow and restorative), Chair Yoga, Private 1-2-1 Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Corporate Yoga. Every class provides multiple options for each posture so students can choose what suits them on the day, with a focus on mobility, ease, stress reduction and better sleep.

Jackie holds a 500-hour British Wheel of Yoga Diploma (Level 4) and additional qualifications in Chair Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Menopause Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and specialist training in yoga for CFS, burnout, long Covid and more.
