The Potato Shed is a rustic, private gym set on an idyllic farm in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex, surrounded by acres of farmland. Operated by Jamie Withrington — a qualified Personal Trainer, Sport Rehabilitator BSc and Sports Massage therapist — the facility uses functional equipment such as kettlebells, battle ropes, tyres and rings rather than traditional resistance machines.

Clients can also train outdoors across the farm, with running paths and obstacles along the nearby sea wall. Services include personal training, sports massage, nutritional advice, weight loss programmes, injury rehabilitation, core strength, posture correction, Baby Fit and Ski Fit.
