Jazzercise Bucks is a dance fitness franchise running classes across South Buckinghamshire, including High Wycombe (Downley, Prestwood, Widmer End, Holmer Green), Amersham and Beaconsfield. Each 55–60 minute session fuses dance-based cardio with strength training, Pilates, yoga and kickboxing, burning up to 800 calories.
Classes are available face-to-face and on demand online, with unlimited access included in the monthly membership.
