Jazzercise NW London is a fun, community-focused dance fitness programme running classes across North West London and the surrounding area. Each 55-minute session is a full-body workout that blends dance with Pilates, yoga, kickboxing and strength training to all kinds of music.
Classes are held at multiple local venues including Nascot Wood Infant School, New Denham Community Centre, St. Mary's Hall Harefield and All Saints Church Hall.
