JB Boxing & Fitness Gym is a fully equipped boxing and fitness gym based in Southport, run by professional boxer and head coach Jake Barton. The gym features a custom 16ft boxing ring, a full conditioning floor with assault bike, SkiErg, rowing machine, battle ropes and more, plus a separate strength training room with olympic barbells, squat rack and power cage.
Classes include Adult Boxing, Kids Boxing, Boxfit, BoxHIIT, Pretty Powerful, Strength & Conditioning and Sparring. Personal training is available in-person, online and at additional locations.
