Jill's Yoga offers flowing Hatha yoga classes at Alphington Village Hall in Exeter, on Sunday and Monday evenings. Taught by Jill, a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher with over 40 years of practice and 18 years teaching in Alphington, classes blend flowing Hatha sequences, deeper restorative postures and relaxation.

All levels are welcome, including complete beginners, as postures can be adapted to suit varying abilities. Jill is also a qualified mindfulness meditation teacher and yin yoga practitioner. Online classes are available for home practice, and special Yoga & Pamper Days are offered in a countryside setting near Dartmoor.
