Jill's Yoga offers flowing Hatha yoga classes at Alphington Village Hall in Exeter, on Sunday and Monday evenings. With over 18 years of teaching experience and more than 40 years of personal practice, Jill is a British Wheel of Yoga qualified teacher, a certified mindfulness meditation teacher, and a qualified yin yoga practitioner.

Classes blend flowing Hatha sequences, deeper restorative postures and relaxation, and are suitable for all levels including beginners, as postures can be adapted to varying abilities. Online classes are also available for home practice.

Special Yoga & Pamper Days are offered at a venue on the edge of Dartmoor, combining a morning of yoga, a home-cooked vegetarian lunch, a complementary therapy, and use of a hot tub and steam room.
