Joey Yoga is a South Bristol-based pregnancy, postnatal and yoga practice run by Joey, a warm-hearted teacher well known for empowering women through their birthing journeys. Joey trained under traditional teachings at The Himalayan Yoga Institute in India and holds qualifications in pre- and postnatal yoga with Birthlight and KG Hypnobirthing.
