Joey Yoga is a South Bristol-based yoga and hypnobirthing practice run by Joey, a warm-hearted teacher well known in the local community. Joey offers Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga, and Hypnobirthing courses, with classes held at Elephant House in Bedminster.

Trained in traditional yoga at the Himalayan Yoga Institute in India, and also qualified with Birthlight (perinatal yoga) and KG Hypnobirthing, Joey's approach blends traditional teachings with a playful, open-hearted style.

Her mission is to empower women to make calm, informed choices for a positive birth experience, supporting them from pregnancy through to new parenthood within a strong local community. Note: Joey is currently on maternity leave; classes can be booked with colleague Mary Flynn at yogimidwife.com.
