Jolates is a mat-based Pilates studio led by a certified instructor who has been teaching since 2012, including pre- and post-natal Pilates. The studio offers online group Pilates classes every day of the week as well as private 1-2-1 sessions for those new to mat-based Pilates who want to learn the fundamentals.
