Established in 2003, Simply Pilates was the first fully-equipped, dedicated Pilates studio in Bristol. Based at 9 Chandos Rd in Redland since 2020, the studio offers private, duet, open studio, mat and antenatal classes, all led by fully qualified Pilates Foundation trained instructors.

With a strong focus on rehabilitative exercise and pain management, Simply Pilates works closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors, and welcomes everyone from beginners to elite athletes.
