Vital Pilates is a long-established Pilates studio with over 20 years of experience, offering Group Matwork classes, Open Studio equipment circuits and private 1:1/small-group sessions on the Reformer, Wunda Chair and Cadillac. Classes run in 10-week courses at all levels, with a maximum of 10 people per mat class and 6 per equipment session.
The studio is led by accredited teachers and welcomes complete beginners through to advanced practitioners.
