K-Gymnastics is a young, vibrant and fast-growing family-oriented gymnastics club based in central Hemel Hempstead, operating from a state-of-the-art sports hall at Hemel Hempstead School. Founded in March 2018, the club offers recreational classes for ages 4–14 with a badge reward system, as well as squad training for competitive gymnasts.
Members benefit from top-tier equipment and a safe, child-first environment that builds flexibility, discipline, teamwork and resilience. The club is a proud member of British Gymnastics, the Eastern Counties Gymnastics Association and the Hertfordshire Gymnastics Association.
