Kara Yoga Dance is a freelance yoga and dance teaching practice led by Kara, an experienced movement artist and yoga teacher based in Bath. Kara offers a wide variety of in-person and live-streamed classes including Hatha Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, Barre Fit, Contemporary Dance, and Yin & Restorative Yoga, held across multiple venues in and around Bath.

At The Parish Hall in Weston, Bath, Kara teaches Barre Fit (Wednesday evenings) and Hatha Flow Yoga (Wednesday evenings). She also offers workshops, retreats, private 1:1 sessions, group sessions, and Indian Head Massage.

Kara holds a 200hr Vinyasa Flow Hatha Yoga qualification and a 500hr advanced training, and is a professional member of Yoga Alliance Professionals UK and People Dancing UK.
