Amy runs fun and friendly Zumba and FitSteps dance fitness classes across Bristol and Bath, welcoming all ages and abilities. Zumba blends hip-hop, salsa, samba, merengue and mambo to energetic music, while FitSteps brings the best of Strictly Come Dancing's ballroom and Latin styles to a group fitness setting.

Amy has been teaching since April 2012 and classes are designed to give you a real workout without needing a partner or prior dance experience.
