Karmiyoga is an award-winning yoga, meditation and coaching company based in Brighton & Hove, founded and run by Sarah Dawson. Sarah is a 500-hour certified teacher with over 18 years of experience, offering a flowing fusion of classical Hatha (in the Sivananda tradition) and Dru Yoga — accessible to all ages and abilities.

Sessions include weekly outdoor beach yoga on Hove Lawns in summer, bespoke private and group bookings, corporate yoga, 1-to-1s, Reiki, intuitive life coaching for women, and international retreats. Sarah also offers a Yoga Teacher mentoring programme and online sessions via Zoom.
